Hi Notes Gurus,

we installed on Windows 8.1 Notes Standard Client 9.0.1 with FP2.

On some PCs single log-on is not working and we are unable to find the difference, why is it working on PC A and not on PC B (same PC model, OS version, patches, etc.; installation is made via image)

The services is started, but user B is stilling getting the notes password prompt.

We already found the following links, but they didn't solve the issue we are facing:

How can I resolve the issue?

Many thanks for your help.

Best regards

SSO Notes Client 9.0.1 FP2 not working on Windows 8.1 (64bit)

Hi Paul,

as written, they are images. The user, due to our Notes Admin is the same type.

Is there a log somewhere created, where we can find out what is happening?

Thanks for your reply.

We are going to open a call a IBM Helpdesk.

Best regards
